Claim records includesthe following documents:
Documents relating to the vehicles, drivers (a certifiedcopy by the MIC
after comparing with the original one)
- Announcementof accidentand compensationclaim
(the original - under the form of MIC)
- Vehicle registration certificate; Driving
license; Certificate of insurance; Identity card or passport or other
identification of the driver; Certificate of technical safety inspection and
environmental protection of road motor vehicles and other related documents.
- Photo of motor expertise, damage assessment
records
- Other documents requested by MIC (if any).

A copy of relevant documents of the competent authorities about the
accident
- Minutes of the sceneexamination (together with
the scenefile); Record of vehicle examinationrelated to the accidents; Minutes
of the accident settlement; Conclusion of the police investigation
- The judgments or decisions of courts (if any)
- The records and documents define the
responsibility of the third party
- In case of no police participation, the vehicle
owner has to inform (unless otherwise legitimate reasons) for MIC immediately
to coordinate filing and collecting documents to prove the cause and resolve the
accident.
